IP Issues Related to 192.168.1.3
Most networks dynamically assign private IP addresses using DHCP. Attempting to assign 192.168.1.3 to a device manually in a process called “fixed” or “static” address assignment is also not recommended in home networks because of the risk of IP address mismatch.

Type http://192.168.1.3 in the address line of the scanner, then press enter and access the modem’s interface. The screen will prompt you for the user name and password. Once you have entered the correct information, press one of the Login okay buttons and you will have access to the router’s interface.
If these IP addresses are not available, follow these steps.
Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10, press Win + C, search > “cmd ” > Enter to open the command line. At the command prompt, type “ipconfig” and press Enter.
You will see the IP address of your router at the bottom of the network you are currently connected to “Default Gateway” router IP address.
